The first disbursement of your grant is being processed and you will receive your funds the first week of October.
We’re off and running!!

September 2nd:
We have received official notification of our status in 9th place! Now we’re waiting for the verification process to take place and in a couple of weeks we should be well on our way to making this a reality!!

Update September 1st:
As of the close of voting on August 31st, we were sitting unofficially in 9th place. It’ll be 2-3 weeks before the official list of winners is unveiled. Each winner must be deemed eligible and agree to sign the grant agreement. We should know by the end of the month.
Regardless of how it turns out, we would like to officially thank each and every voter who waded through the site to cast a vote for us whether it was only once or everyday for a month. And, especially, those of you who bullied, begged, cajoled and otherwise hounded friend, family and co-workers to continue adding votes in support of the project. We could not have done it without you!
